Service account

Similar to a prepaid account, the service account can be provided in advance with a budget in an amount of your choice. Whenever you subsequently make use of our Support - by telephone or on site - the service amounts incurred will be debited from your service account via billing units of 15 minutes each ("service unit").

All types of support services can be accessed via the service account at Programmfabrik . In addition, you can also obtain all other services from Programmfabrik via the service account, such as training, consulting or subsequent system adjustments. This significantly increases the flexibility and speed of service calls, as the necessary contractual framework is already in place with the service account.
