the Paleontological Society is looking forward: The DigitalFossil Berlin 2012 focuses on the possibilities and standards of digitization techniques and the handling of digital data from collection management aspects. In contrast to classic collection management , a key requirement is the display of 3D files. easydb supports the description of the surface of 3D bodies in STL format and is also a pioneer in scientific standards here. On September 25th museum Berlin we will international experts an insight into easydb for managing fossils.
