Maintenance contract

When you conclude a maintenance contract, we assume responsibility for the ongoing operation of your easydb server and your easydb.

We install operating system and easydb updates and ensure the availability of the system. The maintenance contract represents a supplement to the update contract.

Maintenance includes…

  • the administration of the operating system of the easydb server (system administration)
  • the administration of all services required to operate easydb (easydb system administration) and
  • the configuration of easydb (easydb configuration)
