What content standards are there?

Metadata content standards serve as content rules for document and object description. These include:

• CCO – Cataloging Cultural Objects – Description of cultural objects and their images
• DACS – Describing Archive : A Content Standard – Description of Archive , estates, manuscript collections and all other types of material.
• ISAAR (CPF) – International Standard Archival Authority Record for Corporate Bodies, Persons and Families
• ISAD (G) – International Standard Archival Description (General) – archival indexing standard
• RAK-WB – Rules for Alphabetical Cataloging-Scientific Libraries
